VeriLeges does not provide legal advice and does not deliver legal judgment. A positive outcome does not mean a text is legally correct, complete, or approved.
Verification happens within the current scope and depends on available source links. For Dutch case law we use linked sources and our own catalog for faster, reproducible lookup. Formal status signals (such as later quashing) come from procedural metadata in those sources. That is not a judgment about doctrinal authority and not a substitute for your own source research. wetten.overheid.nl and Rechtspraak.nl remain available as source links and references where supported.
VeriLeges processes input to run verifications and show report outcomes. Current details on storage, retention, and security measures are in the applicable privacy and security documentation.
